No. 26 Tulfarris Village, is a self catering accommodation comprising of:
Ground floor: open plan kitchen diner and sitting room, with conservatory, which overlooks the golf course.
First floor: 2 bedrooms; 1 double with en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi bath, toilet and basin.
1 single with en-suite shower toilet and basin
Second floor: 1 double with en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
Fully fitted kitchen/dining area with:

There is a shared lawn / garden and off road parking for two cars. A travel cot is available if required.

Useful Information for Guests
Rubbish Disposal
There is a skip or dumpster at the end of the lane that turns off the Tulfarris driveway to the right, just after the driving range. We would appreciate if all guests would avail of this facility while disposing of their rubbish.
Also, there are recycling banks for glass and bottles located to the left outside the front door and walk past a couple of houses on the right hand side.
For everyday non-recyclable rubbish there are black wheelie bins.
Housekeeping
The immersion switch to heat the hot water is located in the press in the living room under the stairs. Just switch it on when you arrive it is on a timer but you can change the times to suit yourselves.
There is also a gas fire is the living room( the switch for the same is underneath it).
All the heaters in the bedrooms can be switched on individually in each room and are thermostatically controlled.
The switch for the Jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom is beside the switch for the heater in the bedroom.
In Case of Fire:
There is a smoke alarm fitted on each floor of the house. Also, there is a fire blanket and a basic first aid kit in the kitchen. The nearest phone apart from the house is in the hotel.
